The Method

Vision first. Then goals.
Then men who will not let you drift.

Most men’s ministry is a breakfast and a book. This one measures whether a man did what he said he would do. It has been running for ten years.

The six stages

In this order, every time. A trained facilitator runs each one to a script.

1

Your Now

An honest account of where he actually stands today.

2

Guiding Principles

The handful of reasons that govern every decision.

3

Vision

The life he wants, written without asking whether it is realistic.

4

Five-Year Goals

Specific targets across the key areas of his life.

5

One-Year Goals

Narrowed hard to the three or four that matter most.

6

Leading Indicators

The weekly actions he controls that make the goal happen.

Stage six is the difference. Most programs measure the result after it is too late to change it.

The rhythm that carries it

The weekend sets the goals. This is what actually delivers them.

Founding Weekend

Two days. Vision, goals, and indicators set.

Weekly Call

Sixty minutes. Did you hit your number, yes or no.

Partner Check-in

One to three times between calls.

Quarterly Pulse

Ninety minutes. On pace, or just busy.

Annual Review

Reset the vision and the year ahead.

Every man keeps a scorecard. The group sees it weekly. Nothing is left to how a man says he feels.

Two tracks

Run separately, never combined. Each has its own leaders and its own materials.

Men’s Track

Adult men. An Open Group of up to twelve for eight weeks is the front door.

A Core Circle carries the men who want the full year. The seat is a covenant a man opts into and keeps.

Youth Track

Young men in their own cohort, led by two approved and trained adult leaders. Never seated in an adult circle.

Same six stages with age-appropriate goals. Parents have visibility, and consent is written.
